The guy refused to take my Good Rx coupon and charged me $13 more than my medication was supposed to be.
They have the best staff. They take good care of me.
Called the “24hr” pharmacy area at 2:13a to inquire if an inhaler was in stock, which I was advised it was. Was then advised that “We (the store) will be closing the doors at 2:30a.” I was okay with that due to I was only about 5mins away. Arrived @ 2:22a to find a handwritten note stating “Closed and reopening at 4:00”. Attempted to call both the pharmacy and front of store without without an answer. Maybe the term 24hrs isn’t so firm just as the closing the doors at 2:30a, when they may have already been “closed” at the time of my call at 2:13a. Hopefully they truly reopen at 4a… stay tuned.
Polite, efficient, clear communication. Pharmacy needs more staff, longish wait at pick up window
