It's a hit or miss when it comes to friendly customer service. What is really messed up is when customers have to press a button that causes a very loud ring for an associate to come unlock a glass door for personal lubrication, women's personal care products, antifungal cream, etc. How embarrassing. What's worse is they're putting sensors on laundry detergent. All this brought to you by CVS. Where everything is more expensive and doesn't have to be. This was my last straw at CVS. Having to hear a customer ask for an associate to unlock a cabinet so she could get a personal care products and then seeing the embarrassment in her face. I walked out and decided to go next door to Ralphs and across the street to Target where I'm going to get better customer service and cheaper. I would like to encourage everybody to start doing the very same thing.

I've received all my Covid shots and other necessary innoculations at this location. CVS issues Email reminders, convenient online appointments and the pharmacist and staff are quite efficient and gentle in administering multiple shots in one sitting in both arms.

Hello, I bought a bus pass (tap cart), 10 dollars had to be put on it and there is nothing when I take the car ........ They are thieves. I can't contact the service, I would like an email but I suppose I will never get a refund for this...

Eyes prescription was wrong then contact less ordered were wrong again. They give me appointments and doctor wasn't there. They send me a txt confirming an appointment and when I showed up I realize the appointment was for NEXT year. There sent 1 year eirlier appoitment when I was actually waiting for next week. Save time and money and look for a real eye place. I was told to do so by a friend and I still come to CVS. Wrong choice. Very disappointed. I will ask for refund. Don't know what they will say. Terrible service.

The CVS store in Westchester is very hard for employees. I do recommend the store.
