CVS Pharmacy
What people are saying
I had to go to NC for the birth of my granddaughter and I unfortunately wasn't able to pick up one of my prescriptions before I left and I also forgot my other medicine at home but The pharmacist was very understanding of my situation and was able to help me with all of it. So I thank you very much for putting me at easy as I await my granddaughter whom is 5 days late at this point. lol :)
The staff makes a great effort, but the turnover is too high and they can’t keep up. The text alerts, automated phone system, deliveries and stock are unreliable which can result in multiple trips to the pharmacy and or going without medication.
Stopped by there this morning (8.15.23) around 930 to drop off a prescription and the pharmacy was closed. Tried to call, no one answered. There was a woman there who said she had just driven four hours to get there for her first day of training. Hope someone finally showed up. I'm guessing they are having a hard time keeping this place staffed. Guess I'll be switching pharmacies.
The staff at the CVS in Target here in Wilmington, NC are always very helpful. There is just one problem that concerns me and that is the lack of sufficient staffing. That results in slowing down service at the CVS counter when the store is crowded. I know sometimes people just don’t want to wait and just take their business elsewhere. I hope that in anticipation of increased CVS business when the Target expansion is complete, CVS will increase the number of employees but it hasn’t happened yet.
Great customer service and fast pharmacy…
