20251208 Pharmacist/staff were helpful, but I still prefer going to Giant Pharmacy at Franklin Farm. The wait at CVS, multiple locations, seemed to be consistently long. Also, after so many decades, CVS started carrying Black Santa dolls??

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to deal with Mamta in person. Her attitude, deep knowledge, and prompt support made the experience seamless and joyful. She went above and beyond, patiently applying every possible coupon to maximize my savings, rather than simply suggesting I return later. Her dedication and customer care were truly exceptional! We have used this pharmacy for years and gotten our vaccinations there. Today the pharmacist was just rude and condescending from the first moment he started to speak. He could have chosen to handle our interactions any other way and it would have been better. I hope the management takes corrective action.

Pharmacy denied my prescription because I was out of network even though I told them I would pay in full. It was a middle aged Korean gentleman that basically wouldn’t allow me to get the prescription I was given by my doctor. Now I’m in pain until the next day for no reason because he decided he was in charge of my medication. Called another cvs and they explained that he had no reason to do so. Absolutely livid at this location and wouldn’t recommend any get their medication sent here. I will never file a script with another cvs again. Can you imagine if this was a life or death medication? And this screwball just decides he won’t fill it? This is ethically wrong and potentially catastrophic for the patient in need of their medication. Shame on you CVS.

The pharmacy staff is ridiculously rude. All the time. The drive thru window is a joke where I am asked to wait 40 min to fill a Tylenol prescription as I read a sign, get OTC medications here. The woman, not sure her name, has long dark hair and another woman with dark hair and bob should work something non customer facing. Unless this CVS wants everyone angry with the service, I recommend a change.
