The Most Rude, Worst-Stocked, Absolutely Nightmare CVS – Never Step Foot Here! I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a store. The woman at the counter was beyond rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I tried to ask a simple question and even explain my concern, but she refused to listen. Her attitude was hostile, condescending, and made the entire interaction infuriating. On top of that, the store is shockingly poorly stocked. Basic items that should always be available were missing, making shopping here frustrating and pointless. The combination of horrendous customer service and pathetic inventory makes this CVS one of the absolute worst I’ve ever visited. Do not waste your time here. If you value your sanity, your time, and decent service, go anywhere else. This location is a complete nightmare and should be avoided at all costs. Visiting here was infuriating, and I can confidently say this is the worst CVS experience possible.

These people like to waste your time. I put in a prescription at 12pm. The lady said it would be READY within an hour. So, I drove there and waited in the parking lot bc I was in the area. After an hour I called and they said the pharmacist was "working on it." Another 35 minutes pass and I received a text saying my prescription is ready. Go inside, and now they're "closed until 2 because "they're on lunch." These people could've just said that it would be ready at 2 and this review wouldn't be a thing. I could've been doing other things with my time yet I sat in CVS parking lot for over an hour and now I'm sitting inside of CVS bc they're on lunch. They lied and said it's going to be ready "within the hour" and when it's ready they're conveniently "on lunch." People are sick, in pain and need their medication. The customer service is sub-par.

I am writing this while standing in line. Because you're always standing in line at this CVS. I don't know if it's the training, the volume of customers (although it never seems to be crowded), staffing, or just overall pokey and disinterested attitude of the staff but it is impossible to get in and out of here in less than 30-45 minutes, especially when using the pharmacy. The store is bright and clean, but I primarily want to be in and out of a CVS to just pick up a few things out of convenience, and in that aspect this location totally fails. Edit: Kafita in pharmacy needs to be recognized for great service - she is excellent and tries to expedite things. Just seems like she's working against many obstacles. Need more like her!

The best pharmacy experience for me has been at the CVS pharmacy at Centreville Rd and McNair Farms in Herndon, I have been going for years and will continue. The best customer service
