Never had a bad experience until I came in contact with Marcy today. She was disrespectful & wanted to act a fool bc it was almost their lunch time & if we wanted our meds then we could wait until they got back. Raised her voice at the gentlemen in front of me, told both of us she wouldn’t help us. Then proceeds to get pissed & tell us that we don’t care about if they get a lunch or not. Mind you- our meds were READY & sitting on the counter. It took her a total of one minute to check me out and send me on my way. The disrespect I received from Marcy today was ridiculous & if one of my staff were to act that way they probably wouldn’t be a part of my staff anymore.
Always answer my questions! Usually a short wait for pick up of prescription.
Some of the staff are rude, others are helpful and nice. Prices seem high. Need more staff.
Target pharmacy in Galesburg, Il is always a easy and courteous transaction. All the staff is always very polite and great to deal with.
When K-Mart closed I was so sad to lose “Tina” & the other great staff at K-Mart’s Pharmacy, because that was my pharmacy for decades! The good folks at Galesburg’s CVS pharmacy, located at Target, made this a less difficult transition for me. They even remembered my name when going there. Personable, nice people, & they always help with any questions I have.
