CVS
What people are saying
Way overpriced items. Like ear painmd CVS $25.87. Walgreens $8.75 it's a big difference and no price match. Last time buying anything here not that they care.
When I asked the store manager Rahul Saini why after several years of not having any carts for his customers he pointed to the two carts he did have that had two broom sticks zip tied together to prevent them from going out the front door and asked how many I needed I asked him why he was responding with sarcasm. He repeated the question. It’s not about me. And this is not about him. It’s about the elderly customers that frequent his store who rely on the carts to help them walk and that for several years now CVS Club Center has been telling their customers that carts are coming but that is a lie. They appear to have opted for the cheapest way and not purchase them. The community this CVS is located in is not the ghetto but if CVS allows this man to continue running the store it will be. He simply does not care about his customers.
I went to buy oral health products with my debit card provided by my medical plan. The staff including managerial staff were poorly trained and made me feel rushed and embarrassed me in front of other’s customers for no fault of my own. I had a horrible experience and will never go back nor recommend your pharmacy.
I’ve recently switched to CVS as my primary pharmacy and store. The pharmacy staff is friendly and skilled though obviously understaffed. Please hire enough pharmacists to avoid fatigue and errors made by techs who may also be understaffed. But overall, good service there and with the store cashiers. Good service yesterday.
For the past 5 years, this CVS pharmacy location has declined exponentially in terms of service and professionalism (pharmacist by the name of Sharom is the ultimate worst-blaming his support staff for misinformation, flat out denial of prescription fills and blatantly lying about out of stock coupled with refusing to transfer to another CVS location with proven in stock conditions). Way too many improprieties to list in this venue; however, I have contacted the corporate office twice in the past year. Staff turnover is horrendous, probably due to poor treatment behind that pharmacy desk. Just a few of a plethora of common occurrences: -Never answering the phone (you go inside and the phone can be heard ringing and no one bothers to pick up; even with 3 pharmacy techs, and the pharmacist are observed behind the counter) -Leaving you on hold and then hanging up -Drive-through closing 3 to 4 hours earlier than posted -Receiving text messages informing script is ready when it is not -extremely incompetent support staff that are difficult to understand (English is their second language). So sad to see this location decline significantly; before the pandemic it was very good.
