I had a brief wait for a prescription and was able to watch as one of the pharmacy technicians, Annalea , helped a number of customers. She was incredibly kind, communicative and hard working. In some cases, she recognized the faces of customers and began expediting orders as she kindly greeted them. I hope that management is able to see this, she is deserving of special acknowledgement.

Train your staff to all follow the same rules. What's okay one day should always be okay not just depends on who rings you out. Couldn't get my prescription, and they were beyond not helpful. Get it together please.

Very disappointed with the wait time for a cashier to come to the front counter. Once the cashier arrived, no greeting, seemed annoyed to have to wait on a customer. I commented that he seemed out of sorts. No response to that comment. No pleasantries after transaction was completed. Worst customer service I have experienced in years. I am only giving one star because post does not allow me to not enter any stars.

This CVS has the rudest Pharmacist there lazy there rude drive threw is closed almost all the time they take forever to answer the phone then sometimes do not answer its all around just a bad pharmacy they need to replace all of there staff and make sure they want to work the days they need them to work not what days they need to work and if they can't work the days they need them them don't higher them and I've never seen a CVS that closes there pharmacy at 7:00 pm I guess they think ppl that work late do not need there Meds there the laziest pharmacy I've ever came a cross no words for them this pharmacy should just close down they can't even open the drive threw half the time it's closed because there to lazy to open it there excuse is there under staffed but there's 4 ppl in there and they can't take one person and open the drive threw sad isn't it there just plane lazy ppl that don't want to work if I was the owner I'd look for ppl that would work the hours I want them to work and the days I want and then fire every last one that wants there own hours they would rather work my hours and days or there out the door no exception leaving this CVS asap
