CVS

The pharmacy team at this location is very friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for me. However, the cost of my dog's prescriptions skyrocketed and CVS wants to charge me $30 more per month for her medications. Less than a year ago I was paying $12 a month and now they are charging over $40. I canceled my dog's prescriptions at this location and switched to an online pharmacy that charges me $8 a month for her pills instead, and that company ships the medications to me so that I no longer have to wait in the drive-through.
I've been coming here for 2 years and I am very satisfied with this pharmacy, as they are quick to answer the phone and not much wait time to get my prescriptions, which I have at least 6. I've tried Walgreens, and they are terrible with everything, whereas CVS excels. Keep doing a fantastic job, and don't listen to the haters.
Called me about getting a shingle shot.... What are the on commission now? I highly suggest if you want us that are home bound to get shingle shots to come to our houses somehow and give them to us... Nobody does that anymore and some of us need them to do it.. I cannot always get out or get a ride. This would be a big decision Maker for me.And I would definitely get the shot if you would come to my house and give it to me... Anyhow, something to think about. If you provide that service you might get more people doing this and other shots as well. Just saying.....
Paula is so helpful. She always has a good attitude and does her best for every customer she meets. I felt compelled to recognize her
Google needs a zero star option. This pharmacy is horribly mismanaged and staffed by incompetent people. It took 3 visits to the pharmacy to get a 90-day prescription filled. On the first visit I inquired about the approximate cost for a 90-day RX instead of my present 30-day. The pharm tech advised they can't price it without an actual 90-day prescription. I left and contacted my doctor to request an order for 90-day RX. On the 2nd visit I went to pick it up and the cost was nearly triple the cost of three 30-day prescriptions. I tried to provide the manufacturer discount card I had been using for 30-day prescriptions and the pharm tech told me it was not valid. I told them it didn't make sense and I'm not paying for 90-day at triple the cost. I left again and contacted the manufacturer and asked if the discount card was still valid. They indicated it was and my co-pay should be about $10 - the same as it was for a 30-day prescription. I asked "What happens if I return to the pharmacy again and they still tell me it's not valid." The manufacturer rep was extremely helpful and called the pharmacy to straighten it out while I waited on hold. The manufacturer rep came back on and said there will be a 90-day RX waiting for you to pickup and your co-pay is $10. I returned for the 3rd visit, pay for the RX ,and as I'm walking out I notice the QTY is 30 instead of 90. Back to the pharmacy counter, refund the transaction, fill the RX again for 90-days and my co-pay was finally $10. Unfortunately my insurance carrier requires 90-day RX to filled at CVS. What complete lunacy!!!
