I placed an order for the photo center. When I arrived, the printer was down and there was no one in the store who knew how to operate the printer. An employee named Lamar who usually works the pharmacy, did not stop until he was able to fill the order. Calling in his manager and another manager from another store. Both managers were off for the day and came in with no hesitation. Lamar made what could have been an awful day, very pleasant with his patience and above excellent customer service.

This place sucks. Pharmacist thinks she knows more than the prescribing physicians. She’s rude. And argumentative. Always acts like her time is being wasted (you know, filling prescriptions for people who need them). The pharmacy never updates any records and acts like it’s a hassle if you get new insurance or ask a question. Makes it really hard to get your RXs filled, even when it’s the same medication you’ve taken for years. Looking for an alternative pharmacy because this isn’t it.

Most of the pharmacy staff is very rude. The phone hardly gets answered. I have been on hold plenty of times for over 40 mins!!! I have tried to avoid writing this review but I am very fed up with the way that the staff at CVS pharmacy is so unprofessional. I have actually been hung up in my face due to staff members being rude. And going into the store doesn't make it better. I stood in line for over 15 minutes when it was three people available in a pharmacist, one was working with a customer. The other two looked at me clearly, never even addressed me to say hold on. And I was the only person in line. They look my way and kept working. I actually ended up getting help from the pharmacist who was already helping someone. From looking at the reviews everybody is not lying!! Corporate needs to do something..

Cashier walked away from the counter while we were waiting in line. Didn’t come back for 5 minutes so we ended up just leaving

I’m here at the 3302 Market Street location that says it opens at 8am. It’s 8:12am and the store is dark. There are other people outside waiting to go in but no employees. This is completely unacceptable.
