Pharmacy has done 100% improvement in last year or less. I believe NEW Management was the answer for this pharmacy. Whatever has happened has made me stay here and not use Walgrens as an alternative. Faster Service, spot-on drug refills and notification; biggest for me is now staffed with competent employees who PICK-UP the Phone !

People behind the counter are always nice, but they are also VERY slow. And it's SUPER inconvenient to have the pharmacy closed for the pharmacists' lunch. Either get more than one so they can swap out or figure something else out. I have stuff to do and don't have time to wait in a line that's been building up for 30 minutes because you want to be cheap and close for 30 mins.

Drive thru is horrible. The manager Brittany is disgustingly rude. Managers are more rude then the associates. These have to be some of the worst reviews I've seen for a cvs pharmacy and I'm from Vegas. I hope if enough complaints come in, this toxic dam will break. Switch to anywhere before you learn the hard way. P.S. Move your drop off mailbox outside the drive thru window. Looks like 1000 side view mirrors have smashed into it and no has done anything.

I had a great experience at this cvs. The team member that helped us was so positive and friendly, that it was a pleasure to shop there. They also have a lot of products that I use, such as lotions and supplements that I was surprised to find were less expensive than even walmart. I will be shopping here for those types of needs instead of other stores.

I was very impressed with the service I received at the pharmacy recently. Deborah was so welcoming, efficient, and nice. Great job, Deborah! This store continues to be a great asset for Kingman.
