Terrible.. cashier was very rude and ugly, hates couponers, with that attitude should not be working there. My family member went there today and had a bad experience with the male manager in charge ., first, the cashier lied and told her her digital coupons came off when they did not, and charged her more than they should have. When the guy intervened, he told her he did not have time to argue with her all day… Although she was right, slammed five dollars down onto the counter.. very unprofessional actions toward elderly people 😡😡😡 7 August 2023 mid morning

I just love rudeness! I went to drop my scripts off and politely asked when it would be ready or if it was too soon to fill. The tech was very short with me and was unwilling to help me, and impolitely said you’ll get a text! Seems to me she has an attitude just because I was trying to plan my upcoming days so I could pick up my scripts. I only asked her because I have to work during the week; like most people do, and I rely on my medications for specific reasons and I don’t want to miss a dose because I can’t. I don’t care what kind of job you have, there is NO, let me say that again, NO REASON to be rude to your customers!! I don’t care what your role is, but if you’re stressed and having a bad day then find coping mechanisms to help you handle your stress. Don’t take it out on the customer. Like I said, I cannot miss a dose of my medication and now I have to call most likely more than once to get an answer and wait on hold because the tech couldn’t take a moment of her time to help me. I think after this I will be transferring to Walgreens across the street. Overall, if you need to get information about your medication and when it will be ready then this is NOT the pharmacy to go to!

I really dont know why I always give CVS another chance. Every person I come across is rude and has no personality, definitely done giving CVS a try especially this one. The pharmacist that was here tonight needs to learn to have a better attitude and personality
