This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been using them for probably about six months now and literally every single month there’s an issue picking up my prescription. I call every single month to make sure they’re gonna have my prescription ready by my fill date and every time I call, they say that it will be ready. I go to pick it up and it’s not ready. The people that work there seem to not know what they’re talking about. I just called today two days before my prescription supposed to be filled and the lady told me that it’ll be filled on the 25th and just to ensure that I was gonna get my prescription on my fill date- I asked her to check and make sure that they had it in stock. She put me on hold and of course they, in fact, did not have the medication in stock. And so I’m like OK good thing I called two days before AND HAD YOU LOOK so that way y’all can go ahead and order it but apparently they can’t order my medication until the day it’s supposed to be filled even though it takes 3 to 5 days for them to get the Medication in stock. So now I’m gonna go without my medication just like the previous months. And I might add that they’ve never had an issue ordering my medication before the fill date so who really knows what protocol actually is. If you take important medication’s, such as, Xarelto or Eliquis you may want to steer clear of this pharmacy. Because there’s a good case you won’t get your medication on time and you could end up having a stroke. SMH.
I had a prescription called in from urgent care and within 15 minutes I got notified it was ready also the pharmacist that helped me was super friendly :)
STOP ALLOWING PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE POSTED IF THE CUSTOMERS/CLIENT MEDICINE IS NOT READY FOR DELIVERY OR NOT FULLY COVERED BY THEIR INSURANCE... I'M SO TIRED OF DRIVING TO CVS FOR NOTHING.. YOU'RE ABOUT TO LOSE ANOTHER DELIVERY DRIVER ( THAT'S SO UNPROFESSIONAL)...... AGAIN IF THE PRODUCT (S) IS NOT READY DO NOT POST FOR DELIVERY!!!!!!! Soon location like this is going to have a difficult time getting a delivery at a low price!!! Our time is not to be wasted ( we're here to help deliver your products at a cheap pay so the least you can do is have the order ready)..... That's make business most better
