Brandy in pharmacy is New and she is very good , and very helpful ! She needs to be the manager back there she knows how to multitask , and give good direction.! Finally , someone in the pharmacy that can get things done ✅ Way to go CVS for hiring her

Very poor pharmacy ,slow understaffed at times and incompetent.even time when the should be open ,no pharmacist on duty,

I needed to return an urgent package and they locked the doors at least 20 minutes before closing. The Hispanic dude looked me dead in my eyes with my package in my hand, brush his hair with his fingers and turned away from me! At 2058, I saw staff already walking out of the building while I'm online looking for places to drop my package off!!!!

I have had a prescription "In Process" for 7 straight days. Nobody in the pharmacy will answer the phone. Drive thru service not available at Legion Road. Lines are at least 10 people long! Corporate needs to address this issue immediately.

The pharmacy has horrible hours. I never get texts notifications for my prescriptions even though I'm opted in for them, my online account is never updated about prescriptions, the pharmacy staff for the most part are fine, they are doing their best. They seem to be understaffed which I understand can cause some issues that isn't really under their control. Don't bother calling them unless you don't mind waiting 40 minutes for them to answer and one time I was hung up on while on hold but again part of it is probably due with them being understaffed and incredibly busy. I decided to change pharmacies for my prescriptions because it is just a hassle to go here. The rest of the store is fine.
