Incredibly disorganized. Personal conversations while people wait 45 minutes plus for the pharmacist to review the prescription. Rude pharmacist in charge. Tells you that she has no way to help you when it is clear that she does. Need to do better for your customers.

I just wanted to say that the the employee named sierra that works at nights at the CVs on south st is an incredibly valuable asset to this store. Her customer relation skills are impeccable as she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in attending to customer needs. She is has a unique talent for her generation in explaining modern technological concepts to older customers with communication skills that explain things thoroughly and effectively without leaving the customer feeling belittled or uncomfortable and most importantly never left confused. She is a confident woman with strong self esteem that is a powerful example of to admire and I would imagine she would be excellent at training new employee and a positive role model . Lastly her overall attitude personality and humor complement her personality, humility and pride in doing whatever the job may be well which is a rare find in my humble opinion in her generation!

Went in earlier in day to print photos, was helped right away by a curly haired young man (manager?) and was delighted by his helpfulness and politeness. Store was sort of a mess but you can tell they care here.

I called Monday to check if a script was being refilled, automated service, said the script was being processed. I called Tuesday still being processed Wednesday the same. I decided to stop in today, Thursday 11/16, the store is open but the pharmacy is closed. With a hand written sign on is the security gate “Pharmacy is closed for the day” ….. I really hope that people aren’t in dire need of their medication because who knows when it will be filled or if they’ll even be open so you could pick it up. The store itself has turned into a dump. It’s always garbage everywhere. Not sure what’s going on there but maybe time for new management.

This CVS pharmacy is trash they don’t help people in need nor do they care about customers. When I went no one would help me and I still haven’t gotten my prescription, it feels like they don’t want to work nor deal with people. I’m very disappointed in this CVS I’m going to be switching to Walgreens for prescription pickups. Also they say the drive-thru is broken it’s been over a month; they should have a sign saying that the drive-thru is closed.
