Love the deals I can get with the app however this location has very expired products on the shelf, it is 6/15 as I post this & I just accidentally purchased coffee that expired 6/7 I also bought gorilla snot hair gel 6/3 that expired 04/24, the coffee was recently marked down too so they knew it was expired but they still sold it anyway

I would like to formally apologize for messing with the metrics of this CVS’s ordering for pressure sore pads 😂 We had to buy two boxes them every week for a *really* long time, and to this store’s credit, they kept them in stock for us. I can only think of one or two times they were out when we needed them over the last year. Alas, my partner got a new wheelchair seat and we don’t need them any more… and they have wayyy too much overstock. I’m sorry the ordering algorithm did you guys dirty. It’s our fault. On the upside, the store is always organized well and clean. Had a creep follow me in (from another location) a few years ago and the cashier actually came to check on me when I rushed to the back and basically hid out in the first aid section. Perceptions are always correct and the pharmacists take the time to explain stuff.

This is the second time I’ve went in this store where only this one dark haired lady (will get her name and update this later), who worked on July 2, 2021 at 7:15pm, has had an attitude each time I’ve come in and needed assistance or to check out, and acted as if she didn’t want to help/be bothered/do her job or she’s “too busy”. Like straight attitude and being short. It really makes the store look bad. Thank God I’ve been here before with other staff and know it’s not like this all of the time. But if she doesn’t want to do her job, she needs not to work there! Please hire a friendlier person.

I cannot give enough praise for the managers Cammie, Alexia and Ryan at this store. All day they’ve been extremely helpful pulling items to be held at the front register, for pickup. From THREE different phone calls. They just keep on helping me out as we struggle to find items to help my local son, who’s sick. I live out of town, and needed help gathering OTC medications, humidifiers and other things for my son who lives in College Station, who is sick with covid. It’s made the so easy for me. This team EXEMPLIFIES the meaning of customer service!! Impeccable!! Thank you all, grateful!

Our Dr phoned in two Covid prescriptions for our daughter at college, she needed the meds ASAP. It took three phone calls to get them filled. First call, my daughter was informed that the prescriptions were not called in, but they were. Second call, I was informed, “we have no prescription, unless it’s on our answering machine, and we haven’t checked it today!” Third call, I turned mom loose on it, finally got the prescription, several hours late, after they checked the answering machine. I’d recommend another pharmacy if you have an urgent need or don’t feel like doing other people’s job for them.
