CVS
What people are saying
Out of all the cvs stores in town, this one always has super friendly employees! When youre looking for something they even offer to check the back, something i wish other places did.
The shop is nice, neat. Lady at the counter was super nice and supportive.
This place is the worst. They towed my car from a CVS parking lot (717 University Dr #101, College Station, TX 77840) and severely dented and scratched it. When I stopped by to pick it up and noticed the damage they refused to provide their insurance information and would not release the car without paying for the tow fee. When I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau they just laughed in my face. I had to call the cops to get a report and release my vehicle without having to sign a waiver for the damage. The car was towed in less than two hours after being parked. My daughter was at CVS picking up her heart medication and had to take some time before moving her car because he was feeling dizzy due to her condition.
I had made an appointment for a flu vaccine here. When I got there they did not believe that I had an appointment nor did they have my insurance in the system despite me putting in my insurance online. Then they said that I they did not take my insurance. This isn't true as its listed on the CVS website that they do, and I get my perscriptions from CVS. The phamarcy workers seem to be doing everything they can to avoid work.
Never have used this store, nor will I ever! It appears that they are ONLY good for groceries and towing cars! Scripts are another matter and since I’m only interested in getting scripts WITHOUT getting my vehicle towed I’m moving on.....
