Pharmacist is rude. I walked in for a vaccine, and was told they only accepted appointments. So I called a few days later to make an appointment, and they said they weren't taking appointments anymore, only walk ins. I went back as a walk in and the pharmacist scolded me and told me to make an appointment, so I went to Walgreens without any problem.

This pharmacist is a real jerk. He treats you like you are dirt. If you ask him a a question he is rude. If you call him and ask him to look up a medication and tell you the price he hangs up on you. I have been a CVS customer for years but I am changing to Walgreen. I wish I could give this CVS -1 Star.

Needed to pickup a prescription for my daughter, usually go to Longview but happened to be in Marshall so I thought I would get it transfered over. After speaking with them on the phone and in person, they were unable to find her in their system, I called over to Longview and had them transfer it. When I went to pick it up later, they still couldn't find a record of it and told us we were wrong, that they had to ask for the transfer even though Marshall had told us we had to get Longview to transfer it because they couldnt find it. Sounds confusing right? Wish that was the end. 2 hours later and wishing I had driven out to Longview, we are still without the prescription and found this pharmacy to be very rude and disorganized. Will not be back, learned my lesson.

Ladies at the window are Rude about 99% of the time. Any question you have is met with a defensive “it’s not our fault”. I used their system to put in a refill request and about ten hours later hadn’t heard anything so I drove up there. Apparently you can ask for a refill before it is able to be re-filled which would be the fault of the website and not the consumer. When I spoke to the main pharmacist about the confusion the lady working the window said “he’s just trying to get his refill as early as possible.” Basically calling me an addict to my face. The refill request was also only one day early. I would leave a zero if I could
