No one was in the store when I went. Customers or employees. I called out, still no one. I left and could have taken half the store with me. Returned the next day to tell someone. No one seemed concerned. Very poor business practices. We are getting to lax. Disappointed in CVS for sure.

Poor service. Medication was out in Lafayette and dont know when it will be in. Drove 20 miles to New Iberia only to be told they couldn't transfer the prescription from Lafayette to New Iberia. I could wait and they would call my doctor to sent the prescription to New Iberia. Sure. That could take days for even a week.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I use to come here frequently to shop or kill time but it's ashame when the cashiers have nothing better to do then stand there and watch you shop. I'll definitely stick to Walgreens. They have better attitudes and don't suck when they wait on you.

Having to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru line is crazy, last time it was 30 minutes. WHY IS THE OTHER LANE NOT OPEN? I will look into transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I didn't want to give 1 star but that's the only way I could post.

The employees are always pleasant and you know that other customers take them for granted. They are willing to stop and help you find anything you can't even the pharmacy staff will come out and help you.
