The staff is nice but no one answers the phone. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes numerous times only to hang up and drive to the store just to get a question answered.

If you have a simple question or need to update your insurance do not bother calling the pharmacy. Everytime I have called I have waited on hold a minimum of 30 minutes. Unfortunately my insurance requires me to have prescriptions filled at cvs. I refuse to believe that the pharmacy is so busy that they cannot answer the phone.
We've been on hold with the pharmacy for 30 mins so far. This is the least responsive pharmacy we've ever seen. Avoid going to this CVS if you can.
