I DESPISE this CVS location, but it is close to my house. I walked in today and collected ten small items in a small hand basket. I was the only customer and there were two employees up front by the register. One walked all the way around the counter and down to the end to point to a self checkout station. (Yes, thanks, I know how to do that & have done it often). But she had a register open and no one else in line. Sheesh. Even the Dollar Store will greet you and take care of you at the register. I always head for the self checkout if there is a line. At this CVS, they just don't want to be bothered with one smile or even the smallest amount of customer service.

10/2/2023What a nightmare! Did you know they don’t check voicemails from doctors calling in a prescription? Wow. When you need a prescription- don’t send it to this store- what a horrible experience- over 28 hours to get an urgent prescription filled! Then be prepared to stand in a line at least 12 people deep! Trust me- go somewhere else!! I agree going at night is not recommended, it can be a rough area at night.

As if there needed to be another review saying how horrible this place is. I have had an issue with my prescription every time I've called it in here. The last time, I was there over an hour to wait for it to be transferred, just for them to tell me it's not possible. I even had my vet on the phone when I got there, assuming they would need more information, but was told it wasn't necessary. Then finally, an hour later, was told it needed to be called in again, but the vet was then closed. I was not given an apology any time I came in for this prescription and it either wasn't ready/they didn't have it and failed to tell me/couldn't refill it. No apology or sympathy whatsoever and no options for helping the situation. Unbelievable this place is allowed to operate.

The store was clean, well stocked and usually has what I need. Both the store and pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful. Plus, they have a USAA ATM machine on premise which makes my life pretty easy.

Do not use this Pharmacy. Would give 0 stars if I could. I submitted a request to have a prescription transferred to a new pharmacy since I moved and they refused to transfer it. I was told by the new Pharmacy to reach out to them directly to try and rectify this. You cannot reach this Pharmacy directly you have leave a voicemail and they may or may not call you back after they get your voicemail. They refused to transfer to my prescription and claimed there were missing 'notes' from the Doctor but yet they were able to dispense this medication to me in the past without any problems what so ever which doesn't make any sense. The person on the phone told me that 'You should go to Pharmacy school then if you know better'. Absolutely insane behavior from insane people working for a company that handles your prescription medication.
