Only 1 person at the photo center. She was helping someone but didnt even acknowledge me or ask if I was picking up or needing the machine. I was just picking up, it would have taken her 2 seconds to get my pics. Then she was rude to the cashier, who I'm assuming was new, so I tried to be nice and told her to have a nice day and she just stood there ignoring me. Not necessarily rude, but not the best customer service at all.
I haven't used the pharmacy. But they are nice in the front at the cash register. Sometimes they have sales that are good. They still take old cameras that you use one time , throw away. They send it out to the company I get them in a week. These were 10 years old some of them turn out good for the most part for being that old. Long as you don't expose the film it's fine. This means don't open the camera.
This pharmacy is the worst!!! I hate that I have to go here due to insurance. It takes 40 mins every time even with 1 car ahead of you! Not to mention I had a prescription sent there Wednesday. It’s Sunday and you haven’t filled it yet!! Are you serious?? So I sat for 40-45 mins in line and my script that’s been their since Wednesday isn’t ready!!! And it will be a hour before it’s ready!! Also the staff is extremely rude!!
Pharmacy told me that they couldn’t give me information over the phone, when I got off the phone with another location 5 minutes before and they’d given me the information. Either she didn’t feel like helping, or the other location is giving out information when they shouldn’t be, but I’m already regretting having to switch to CVS from Giant Eagle for my pharmacy needs. Ugh.
well i can tell you i like the pharmacy staff store in general is clean, but the outside of this place makes the neiborhood look awful always weeds growing all over,lawn is not kept up on the pole outside is rusty needs painting how hard is that foe a place that makes so much money,my gripe is about they way the company doesn't care to take care of their properties. this isn't the only CVS in need of help several in the surrounding area's do! please fix this I DON'T LIVE IN TRASH!!
