THIS Pharmacy is very rude, sounded like a elderly lady over the phone.. Was not helpful in getting accurate information about my insurance/prescriptions and then was lied to about a certain medication I needed, she stated the medication was not available over 20 miles from where I am but I called a CVS not even 10 minutes away and was informed it was available. Again Unprofessional and RUDE.
I called the pharmacist to check on my prescription, and she borderline yelled at me for my doctor not calling them back. I had a major surgery, and just wanted to check and make sure I could get my medication, and they made me cry over the phone. Go to literally any other pharmacy. The staff they have here was horribly rude in a time where patients are supposed to receive kindness. I cannot stress this enough. Go any where else.
Have had good experience with the staff in the past. Wish their hours were a bit better. They do offer PCR nasal swab for COVID-19, which is the nature of my review. They told me on the phone yesterday that the current turnaround time for results is 1-2 days. I just did my test this morning so we'll see if that's true. I made an appt for my COVID test for this morning, showed up 5 mins early, was told that "the test isn't here yet" so I pulled off to the side and waited about 15 mins. Then I jumped in line between 2 other people. It took a long time for the nurse to bring the first patient their test. Since the tests are self-administered, it took the first patient a few minutes to get done. Same was true for the next patient in line -- she had to wait a few minutes for the nurse to give her the test and then was done with the test in a couple minutes. In the end, I waited about 50 minutes. I think there is definitely room for improvement in terms of efficiency on this front, but I appreciate this convenient location offering tests in the first place, and the nurse at the window was very nice. This could have been a one-off, but maybe be prepared to spend some quality time alone in your car listening to some good music while you wait. Update: got my results in right under 24 hours :)
The lady working the drive through testing today was one of the most helpful people I’ve met! She made testing so easy. I’ve been to several cvs testing sites before and this is the nicest and fastest one.
I recently moved to this part of town. I have attempted to stop here three times and they have never been open. This is a national chain pharmacy that appears to be open two hours a day. So, despite the fact it’s directly around the corner from my house i have to drive halfway across town for ibuprofen.
