Can’t wait until they replace all these people with computers. CVS is a joke. Good luck asking a real question over the phone. They’re too busy picking their nose.

We have been using CVS pharmacy for a while now. We usually order refills through the app and then pick up through the drive thru. For the last six months I been dealing with seizures and we have had to change meds several times. Since I am not able to drive my mom has to bring me and we go through drive thru once my prescription is ready. I am currently using Good RX and I show them the app when we get there. Today we pulled up and encountered our first rude employee, Wesley. He was short to begin with and when we showed him the Good RX app he told rudely and loudly stated they did not do re-billing through the drive thru that it was for pick up only as re-billing took 20 mins. Some people can’t come in due to their illnesses and the potential for injury. But we did and still he was continuously rude. We could feel the vibe in the room. Every employee was visibly on edge and uneasy just having to work with this guy. Several times others had to tell him to slow down, stay in one place. He was clearly not listening and making everyone’s job harder and our wait times longer. There were several people in front of us with the same issue and it was overall a bad experience. I pray he doesn’t return. We will find another pharmacy for our entire family. The other employees were so sweet. Thank you.

Horrible horrible wait time if you go thru the drive thru. At times I’ve waited almost an hour in the line yet, when my prescription isn’t ready upon driving up I’m told to go to the back of the line. Be ready to spend your evening in line.

If you wanna be frustrated by incompetent people full of attitude this is your place…. make sure you pick up your blood pressure medication. They don’t keep anything on file, they will ask all the time for your medical insurance (even though they verify it every time). Horrible customer services. Thanks for the ulcers CVS!!! The staff in this pharmacy is a royal pain in the @%>

They used to be really good. There was a manager who was chill and incredibly nice. The last time I was there, the lady at the register was rather rude. She was rude to me, my son, and my husband. I also watched her roll her eyes at people who walked up to her. Now I understand why the teenager that works there is incredibly rude as well. He was trained to be that way. Did I mention I turned this CVS in for selling discontinued nose spray and price gouging? Yup. They're selling Nasalcrom which is supposed to be discontinued due to concerns about microbial infections. Not to mention each tiny bottle is $25. That's more expensive than many prescription meds. Does the liquid cause gold to spew out of your nostrils? Maybe a magical fairy comes and cures you of all ills? I don't know but you can get the same thing on Amazon for half the price. Go a little further to Walmart. This place hates its customers.
