I give this business a 3 because I find that the staff sometimes are not as friendly as they should be and that's only in the pharmacy department of the store. Staff in the front of the store has always been friendly and helpful. This store tends to be a little more expensive than the other pharmacies in town as well.
Worst pharmacy I have ever visited. They tell you to come back in 3 hours and the prescriptions still aren’t ready. I agree with the other review they act very racist. They really need new staff, customer service is GOD awful.
I called to ask a simple question but all I got was the teleprompter that prolonged the process just to be able to speak to someone.
Rosalyn was very nice and professional and made me laugh. Great customer service.
Closing 10 minutes early turning down 4 families back to back... so slack. Management needs to step it up.
