Very very rude Asian lady with bangs she claimed my insurance was terminated and insisted I pay cash for my meds. I called them in front of her and she tried to argue with the insurance lady as well. Very unprofessional service had costumers waiting for mad long in line I will never be coming to this location ever again they make CVS look bad.

It's never open on time...got there at 8;10am ...dark and locked. No sign of any employees.

I went there for Daughter's passport photos. The store girl took my daughter's photos and then printed her so-called "passport photo". The photos were no way passport size. It was taken so far off - almost entire body was printed as passport photo. And then she wouldn't cut the photos to 2"x2" sizes. I asked her to cut the photos. She said she wouldn't do that because she didn't have photo cutter. On my insistence she then cut with a small knife. And what a horrible photo cut it was !! The ends were not straight and aligned and it looked so unprofessional And these were simply ugly photos. As expected the photos were rejected by passport acceptance office. This was my second CVS store on that same day that couldn't take simple passport photo properly. This CVS was however the worst one in terms of customer service. I will never ever visit again a CVS store for passport photo.

People think all cvs pharmacies are the same. But it's not true. The cvs pharmacy in Pleasantville is awesome. The staff that work in the pharmacy are all so great. They take my health seriously. I like them all but Janet is my favorite employee. She is very helpful. This pharmacy is a true asset to our community.

The pharmacist here was beyond unpleasant, she was very unprofessional with her conduct and demeanor. I wasn't very surprised with her mannerism and how she'd handled the particular situation this morning. I've encountered the same attitude from her this past spring. I'm very disappointed with ethics of professionalism she displayed even after giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she's having "one of those days". Everyone is entitled to having at least one of those days! Clearly, she isn't! After having expressed that I no longer wish to purchased the specific brand name prescription that were being offered. She blatantly shut the pharmacy window in my face. I was quite embarrassed and appalled. I have never experienced such horrific act and insult from an individual through my everyday encounter, let along from a national corporation such as CVS. -"For all the ways you care" "Expect something extra" Truly amazing how someone can be that despicable and be one of your key member to represent the face of such a big corporation.
