Was pretty early and store was quiet yet very clean. My self checkout experience was slow. This seems to be across different stores due to pricing changes or item quantity changes. I suggested a cancel option on the store survey. I still appreciate personal customer service!

Most CVSs are the same. Generally the cashier checkout is the most inconvenient thing. They have added self scanning which helps. Overall a nice place to pick up quick home necessity items and health related products. We also get our prescriptions there.

If you purposely looked for a worse pharmacy you will not find it anywhere but this location. Had a Zpack called in 11am went to pick it up at 630 pm and was asked if I really needed my medicine tonight since they were 24 hours behind on filling prescriptions. Yes I think the antibiotic prescribed for an infection may be something I want to start ASAP. This is an ongoing issue with this pharmacy. If you use CVS and live in the EHT area just go to the Somers Point Target location is so much better and friendlier. West Jersey CVS is a disgrace

The only reason I go there is distance. It's pretty close but that will soon change. Most of the time this pharmacy is either understaffed and you have to wait too long or they don't have the medicine you need. And I'm not talking about some exotic drug. It's about Cephalexin for example- a basic antibiotic. Next reason I'd change this pharmacy is the nasty attitude by the staff. Now, I can think of a CPhT, called Mallik(I hope this is the right name) who repeatedly demonstrates attitude that is unacceptable for a Pharm Tech. Should I experience fear to ask something?! That kind a feeling I get every time. After all, if you don't want to deal with people, find another job... p.s.I hope someone from the management reads this review but I doubt that. They're stuck with these people and can't afford to fire them

I am very satisfied with the service at CVS store located in west Jersey ave egg harbor township NJ. Malic, the person who helped me was very kind to fill my needs. He was to the point and getting the job done. Thank you! I’d definitely will refer to this pharmacy for my future prescriptions.
