The new manager is great at customer service. He is a people person regardless of age,race, etc; Corporate need to have him train staff at other stores, especially the Leesburg,Ga store
I went to pick up a prescription & after 3 times of being told they ordered It wrong & 3 different trips there, I finally got it. Only problem with all that is the girl had a horrible attitude. I called her out on her smart mouth & funny thing, she didn’t even care. I will NEVER step foot in there again, even if it means me driving across town.
I have called ten times and everytime they hang up on me. Really aggravating. This is such bull$#^+ and I am telling everybody do not go here you will get treated like garbage
Calling from a Provider's office for a patient. Was on hold for 17 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Hung up and called back...currently 8 minutes into hold, for the second time. Terrible.
They didn’t even have my medicine that day after it was called in. Then after 20 mins wait I was told I had to come back tomorrow for the medicine I needed the most.
