This pharmacy is trash. They never have my prescription referrals in their system, so they have to look through all their prescription referrals by hand before they find me (this continues to happen every refill). Another thing, I arrived one day to pick up a prescription, but they did not have it ready and told me to come back tomorrow. When I came back the next day, I found they had never gotten it ready, and I had to wait an additional hour before they said it was finally ready. Not worth the multiple trips.
Absolute worst pharmacy ever. The “boss” had a complete disdain for his job and customers, was extremely rude and refused to give an 8 month pregnant lady medication due to their systems having an error on my insurance. If he hates his job that much he needs a new one
Called for meds at 4:45 PM on Sunday because the other CVS on Willis was closed. They said they would have them ready when I got there. I arrived at 5:20 PM and they were ready as promised. Great service and very nice folks. Better than Willis CVS.
Cvs pharmacy has the most unhappy miserable rudest employees..... pharmacist is the mgr is a joke and rude ash!!!! They all need a new job! Don't use this pharmacy.
Self check out only yet while I was checking out store personnel hovered over me. I asked her if she wanted check me out. She said she had to watch. Asked her to back away. So rude. She is being paid to watch why not just check customers out?
