HOLY CRAP!!! This is DELICIOUS. I’m originally from Texas and I have been on the HUNT for some good bbq, but came to the conclusion that nothing was going to live up to my standards, until today! Oh my god everything is SO good. The brisket is phenomenal and if i didn’t know better, I’d say it came directly from Texas! The potato salad is the perfect amount of creamy, the fries are the perfect texture! The chicken is also very very good. The house made ranch is super good as well, and you never really know how good the ranch is going to be. I immediately texted my friends from Texas that live in central Oregon and told them to get down here and try this immediately! Also, I can EAT, I can out-eat almost all my friends and family, and I could only eat about 1/4 of the plate before I was stuffed! For the price and quality of this food, it’s priced WELL BELOW its value. 10/10 this was so so so soooo good.

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always great! I went in tonight 11 minutes before they close (which I was seriously contemplating because I didn’t want to be THAT customer that keeps the staff late) but they said it was alright. Paid for cold fries and burnt wings.

We absolutely LOVE CurbBQ! We've been going there for years and had them cater our wedding over the summer. They did an incredible job! Every single guest commented on how delicious the food was. They went above and beyond. The tri-tip and mac and cheese were especially amazing. We would recommend them for any event. We also recommend checking out their food cart at On Tap. My favorites are the Cilantro Lime Tacos and the Double Play Burger with fries. Also, the BBQ plate lets you sample a bunch of their yummy food on one plate. The owners are so nice and accommodating. You can tell they truly love what they do and it shows in the quality of their food!

Their Thanksgiving takeout plates were awesome! So much food for the price and great smoked flavor in the turkey and gravy especially. On a regular day you can’t go wrong with their brisket & melted cheese sandwich.

Someone needs to learn how to season, cook, cut, and serve their brisket … this was flavorless cut with a hack saw and giant chunks of brisket served … definitely keep it off your menu if this is what you consider quality … Edit: based on the owners response he clearly does not have a clue and clearly does not care about the quality he is serving just trying to score a quick buck... what a shame.. if he had any passion it was gone long ago
