Manager on duty tonight called the police on our delivery drivers for taking orders from their parking lot. The bathrooms are frequently never open. The customer service is horrible. We won’t be doing business with this location again. We’ve encountered too many customer service related issues including many orders being wrong and racial and social profiling.
We are regulars at this particular location! The employees always greet us with smiles and a warm hello. Huge shout out to Ben!! Thursday my daughter had a band performance. We stopped in for a few things before the concert, seeing Ben we remembered how nice he was dressed that prior Sunday and asked if he could help her out with her tie. He kindly agreed. What great customer service he provided as well as all the other employees!
Too bad you can never cash $100 bill I go in to buy $18 worth of stuff and have to leave because they won't cash my $100 bill kind of ridiculous for a gas station who can't cash $100 bill
Employees are excellent but I don't think the owner cares much its steadily declined recently. Half the pumps never work and the ones that do stop part way through someone's transaction inconveniencing someone else who parked in one of the few other open spots. And today both signs were out and I had no clue what the prices were. Sad really this used to be my fave spot.
Albert, who was working the register, somehow knew my name. And when I asked how he knew me, he stated he was the person who sets up a table outside my window at night and watches me. Extremely uncomfortable. Someone needs to reach out. That is not ok
