An outstanding hotel! Rooms are very well appointed and it's exceptionally clean. What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is its people. The front desk staff, Dan and Lisa, are a couple of aces! They are professional, efficient, friendly and kind. They exemplify everything that the Hospitality Industry is about! When we come back to Phoenix we will be staying here. Our sincere thanks to the management of this hotel.
Beware!! They charged my credit card $400 accusing me of smoking in the room. We were there for a volleyball tournament with kids nobody smokes. Lies just to make more money for a run down motel. After reading other reviews they seem to do this to others. They should be ashamed of doing this to people. Hotel smells musty and like old stale cigarettes. Room walls had disgusting stains all over, toliet barely flushed had to jiggle the handle every time, fruit flies at breakfast, dirty table cloths in banquet room where we had to eat breakfast, expired milk, out of a lot of food. Hotel is surrounded by a lot of homeless and drug addicts. Employees at front desk always seemed bothered if you asked them anything. The only positive were the 2 servers at dinner time they were great!
Front desk was constantly checking on me via text message about my stay and satisfaction. I thought it was a great tool for them to use. Food was a little pricey, but very good. I wish I had a microwave in my room, though. The closest one was next to the elevators
Got in from a delayed flight later then expected. They have a late night menu which was just what we needed. Friendly staff, nice room. Breakfast in the morning was so good. Hot and fresh. Definitely would stay here again.
Great hotel! Really convenient location, affordable rates, and friendly staff. I was a little bummed about it not having a free breakfast, but when I checked in they gave me breakfast vouchers for my whole stay!! The food was good too. I had a wonderful time!
