I asked for Sautéed mild with butter and received that. This was my first time trying out this establishment and they FAILED DESPERATELY! My food was tasteless no seasoning at all as you can see and wasted $40 cash smh. Will never come again.

Food had no seasoning. Worker not to welcoming.. first and last time I’ll go there. For what we pay, the food could of been better

I got 7 blue crabs today....I was hoping they had live ones so they could be fresh and they didn't. Against my better judgment I still got the 5 dollar ones steamed. I got home opened the pan up on my porch ready to chow down. I opened my first crab and it was empty. I said maybe that's just one crab. All of my crabs had little to no meat in them. I won't be returning smh. Hopefully they get better and fresh crabs.

Just left there…. POOR customer service! I been going to this location for yrs now and today the guy working there thought he was going to argue me down about how I wanted my order. Crabs in a pan with seasoning and butter! I told him I don’t want my crabs thrown in no damn bag with seasoning! The crabs was dry and he took it upon himself to but my butter on the side!! If I’m spending my hard earned money, MAKE MY ORDER THE WAY I WANT IT! Period! I’m not going back and forth! Also, ALL THE females are ghetto and rude! They take orders with an attitude, rude tone, and just lazy! Customers can literally be staying here and they will be so busy on the phone and sitting on the counter just unprofessional! Scarfs ob their heads, one sitting there looking slow always like she don’t want to take the next order! Like what???? 🤔 I don’t know what got into these people that come to work and don’t look like they want to work‼️ The whole staff need to do BETTER! And one of the chicks said something under her breathe…. It’s nothing for me to tell any of them off and have that ish shut down! Bottom line! They filled out the application to work there so having a attitude because you have a job to do is NUTS! They need to reconsider who they hire, so ppl are too ghetto to wait on customers! AGAIN! Poor customer service!

First off the attitudes of the ladies working were horrible . I asked for Butter , Garlic , Mild ... Paid over $40 went home to realize none of my food was seasoned 😕, the crab was mushy, the shrimp was over steamed. I was completely disappointed but not really because I could tell by the attitudes sum not going to b right . I believe if as customers were paying over $30 plus for food make sure it's right & attitudes are acting like we're nagging you guys when ordering , should b greeted with a smile not a face scrunch while we bring the business money . But NEVER will I go here again !!!!
