Never use this undependable company. I booked a cab 24 hours before my pick up date for a ride to the airport for an international flight. The driver never arrived! I called the dispatcher Shawn at the pick up time. I could hear him asking for a driver in the area. It was him I called 24 hours earlier to set up a confirmed pick up. And he was looking for a driver in the area at the time I was to be picked up!!! Never use this company, because you can miss your flight and lose a lot of money.
They will literally rip you off. The rates on the car show one thing, but once we got in the car the driver gave us a complete different rate! We only need to go half a mile but he said $27 and proceeded to kick us out! Scam.
Definitely glad I asked the price before getting in! Also, I booked with another cab service before these guys. The initial booking would have cost me $26.80! The same ride, about 7 miles would have cost me $46 with Cowboy Cab. The SAME trip cost me at most $21 on Uber or Lyft if it's busy at that time. Most nights after work, I pay $10-$13. Lol ridiculous. Either the driver never studied math a day in his life, or he was trying to overprice on purpose, because it was 2 something in the morning and he knew I needed a ride, and wanted to put more in his pocket. Price gouging is illegal. Do that stuff at the airport, where people have money, not the transit center where people TAKE BUSES as transportation! I pay $3 to get from Garland to Plano on the bus! Why would I pay $46 for even a shorter distance!? Also, the guy who called me and said he was on his way, was not the same person who came to pick me up. Sketchy, overpriced, unprofessional. #WastedMyTimeButNotMyMoney
My girlfriend was out late waiting for an hour for them and no one ever showed up. Don’t use them !!! Terrible experience as a New Yorker never freaking again
Nice guy that answered the phone, They were efficient & easy to use. Driver called only a couple mins later to confirm & was there in 15 mins. Make sure if u have more than 1 person in your party or luggage, u tell the dispatch & driver both bc they will accommodate with a van or appropriate vehicle so u have enough room. There's also a small fee added for extra bags or people. But it's definitely reasonable.
