I would like to give a special shout out to Mark and Ashley at front desk reception. Mark was very helpful assisting me with my printing & photocopy needs. Pleasant friendly, helpful and professional service. Ashley was a wonderful experience for us at checkout. She’s very thorough and noticed a billing discrepancy and got straight to the bottom of it with such Grace , friendly and professional demeanor. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay. Housekeeping wonderful work with the rooms. Take my hat off for you all great team work. Made for an exceptional stay.
Going on a cruise we wanted a hotel close to the airport and port. Love this hotel. Pricing is fair, staff is extremely friendly and the room was very clean. Even better, Champions Sports Grill is in the building and we had a good meal after traveling all day!
This was really a surprise PLEASURE. It is an "airport" hotel , which we uses for convenience, but it was LOVELY! the customer service was EXCELLENT, and helpful on many levels. The ROOMS were modern and clean. Very nice bedding.just a comfortable sleep space. There are several options there to grab a bite of a drink, but the concierge gave us wonderful suggestions for Dining and for a quick run to a local AMAZING Mall. Very impressed.
When first arrived the room was very cold we turned up the temperature so it would not be cold. We did some scouting and came back the room was still cold. Called the front to report this icy 🥶 problem. They sent a maintenance man and looked at it and said there is no heat.? We can just cut it off😐. So we turned it off and sheded off clothes and blankets when needed. Very close to the Airport. Location took a little to figure out where you were and how to get around. We got a rental then we had a lot of fun.
Since I have been able to write reviews. I have written maybe 5 and they have been from places that had amazing service. With the above being said, this will be my first bad review. I do not have anything to say against the actual hotel, it has to do with the parking service at the hotel. I went with my family on a trip and used the services provided by the hotel to leave my car in their premises while I was out. Upon my return ,someone had stolen the catalytic converter from my car. The security company responsible for providing security service in the hotel do not respond to my calls and do not want to take responsibility for what happened. I believe that they should be held responsible for what happened to my car since I did pay for their services. Also, come to find out this has happened many times at this hotel ( The gentleman that works for the parking services told my wife) I would never recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to leave their car parked their for a few days. Please stay away from this hotel. You are better off getting an Uber or leaving your car parked at the airport.
