Marc the evening front desk gentlemen is just that a gentlemen and is very hospitable. Made me feel as if I were family and overall a joy to speak with. Josh the front desk manager is super friendly as well and has that southern charm. Only complaint is bistro could use more cleanliness when handling fruit and be consistent with the food.
Well the hotel seemed clean and pleasant but when we came back to the room it had not been touched in terms of any new towel or making beds. We were in form that “ because of Covid the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days”. Would have been nice to know when we made the reservation or checked in” Feel it is an excuse to make more money off the guest and provide poorer quality!!!!!! Tell people when they make their reservation or I will pay extra For a clean orderly room.
So they no longer give you water at check-in or in your room. But they will sell it to you! Nice
The overall is great but resavation people are telling people that the pool is open when in fact it is closed and that was the main reason I booked the room was for the pool but very nice people at check-in and check-out and very clean
Super friendly front desk staff, especially Amy! She made me feel at ease the second I walked into the lobby and until I checked out a few days later. Highly recommend staying here.
