We were at this hotel for a wedding. The outdoor landscaping was beautiful which included a gazebo. A reception took place inside and we were served food. Unfortunately, the chicken was not cooked properly and was raw inside. The salad was fine, but the Mac and cheese was cold. They did replace the chicken with fully cooked chicken and the Mac and cheese was hot. They should never have served undercooked chicken! People can become very sick from it! I did not stay at this hotel so I cannot give a rating on the rooms.

Do not stay here please for your health!!! I recently stayed at the Courtyard, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to extreme mold problems and nasty front desk lady Shanice. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by a musty odor that indicated the presence of mold. The bathroom had visible mold growth around the shower tiles and ceiling, which was both unsightly and concerning for health reasons. The air conditioning unit also seemed to exacerbate the issue, as every time it was turned on, the musty smell intensified, suggesting mold in the vents. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the hotel staff, no effective measures were taken to address it. They offered to move me to another room, but it was clear that mold was a widespread problem throughout the hotel, as the new room had the same issues. The health implications of such extensive mold are significant, and it made for an uncomfortable and worrisome stay. This is particularly disappointing given the otherwise decent amenities and the hotel's convenient location. Until the management addresses these severe mold problems, I cannot recommend the courtyard to anyone. Mold remediation is crucial for the safety and comfort of guests, and it’s disappointing that this issue has been neglected to such an extent.

The Courtyard Bethlehem was a good one night experience. The lobby area with a bar/restaurant area is quite nice and expensive. For the size of this hotel it is impressive. Service was excellent from the entire staff-front desk, bar and breakfast servers. Shanice at the front desk on the night of check-in was very helpful, and friendly, accommodating. We really felt welcomed! Another shout-out to Cindy, bartender, who served us some nice drinks plus advice on New York, (where she is from). The only downside of the place is the king bed was a bit lumpy. The room was spacious overall and clean. Overall I recommend staying at this location.

I travel on business across the country throughout the year and this Courtyard is the best when it comes to service and friendly staff! I want to give special recognition to Mark (Bartender) who was always friendly and provided great customer service and Tulon Monroe (Front Desk Supervisor) who always greeted me by name and with a smile! Outstanding customer service by all the staff members and the free drinks at the bar on Tuesdays are a very nice touch!

Smaller courtyard but very happy with the selection. The staff is friendly and welcoming very clean and they have a breakfast buffet! It’s for purchase unless you have a voucher but never seen a buffet at a courtyard absolutely loved it. What keeps them from The 5 star is the gym; it’s super small and out dated. Get some pelotons it would elevate your tiny sad gym. I’m titanium for Marriott so i know the brand well. Nice job!
