So the staff here are very polite and knowledgeable about their products and I’ve been in there a few times . This last time however I bought a toy to take home to my lady and it don’t work . So I took it back about twenty min after buying it and I’m told there was nothing she can do about replacing it until she speaks to a manager so I said okay I’ll check in the fallowing day so I take a picture of my receipt and left the rest with Lis . So the next day I get a call saying it works and it’s ready to be picked up . Well I picked it up and it still don’t work so I took it back and I was told they will have the manager take another look. So the manager calls and says it’s working fine . He tells me that I just need to know what I’m doing and I need to know how to place the batteries and what not and I told him well there’s only one way to do it right it’s not a brainiac yeah isn’t rocket science here and it’s not Explaining tell him I’m not a dumb guy. I know what I’m doing and this thing doesn’t work well every time I bring it into the place they keep telling me it works and it does not work. I can’t get it to turn on so my point of view is it doesn’t work if I can’t get it to turn on I paid almost 70 bucks for this thing. It don’t even work yet. I’m told that it works just fine, so be careful what you buy here is a battery operated toy from Cal statics, seven function lovers remote . You know, I’ll never buy another toy here again although I may miss out on some good looking women that work there anyway I’m gonna try again one more time to get a hold of the manager and have him personally show me how to make this thing work as I am not happy about spending almost $100 for something that doesn’t even work hasn’t even been used one time because it doesn’t work

Great store, they have a lot of stuff, and they have very cute cashiers. No disrespect towards them. Great place for beginners. You won't get overwhelmed easily from the number of toys. Everything is organized in their little sections this is my go-to store

Ok first off I don’t do many of these so when I do it’s for a variety of reasons. Well , it is my birthday and so I figured I’d make my way down to the adult store to grab acouple things that I usually do for the past 2 years. They didn’t have either! So naturally I was annoyed but a new staff member is never seen before I believe her name was Charlene (not sure I spelled that right) absolutely went above and beyond to try and accommodate me and my situation. She did a fantastic job and she is such a joyful free spirited human.! Doesn’t hurt that she’s extremely easy on the eyes. That’s besides the point as a former business owner it’s people like her that you want as the face representing your business. She really did go out of her way I’m a genuine helpful way and I ended up getting some alternative items that will due. Just thought I’d give her, her 🌺 flowers. She deserves em! Thanks a bunch.

the store actually DOES accept returns. FOR TOYS ONLY. it could be a manufacturing issue THEY UNDERSTAND.and have sign posted by the registrar. keep your receipts bring back within 2 weeks of purchase, in good condition. the store will attempt to charge or apply new batteries. if it doesn't work they will give you store credit. and they offer a punch card for every purchase and on the 7th purchase its 10% off

Doesn’t work!! No refund No Exchange policy. Terrible Selection and extremely limited and overly priced, purchased my first jack rabbit calexotics dildo vibrator and only the rabbit head works. No rotation and power force is very light. No exchange no refund policy. Terrible store! I’d rather go to LA pleasure chest!!
