We stayed here twice--for three nights before an Alaskan cruise and for one night afterward before flying home. Everything about this place lived up to the good reviews we read beforehand. Room comfort and cleanliness, staff friendliness and helpfulness, and an above-average breakfast each morning. The one criticism I have regards the shower. It worked fine, but there were no grab bars or shelves to put or hang things on except for one wire holder that small things could slip through. The floor was smooth and slippery, making the lack of a grab bar a bit disconcerting. A case of minimalist design for aesthetics outweighing comfort and safety. And no fan in the bathroom to ventilate. Still, it wasn't enough to reduce our overall rating, and we'd stay here again. Great location from the airport, and great shuttle service.
Stayed April 2024. Highlight of the hotel is the spacious lobby area with good free breakfast offering. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like having real plates and metal cutlery (not plastic). Check in at desk was straightforward and room was typical size with desk and dresser. Bathroom was clean with good shower temperature although would have appreciated a larger sink vanity to place toiletries. Overall it's competitive with Hampton or Holiday Inn Express level of brands, and definitely the best Choice Hotels property in the immediate area. Parking is free, airport shuttle is available, and there is an indoor pool and gym. Highly recommend this hotel.
I think the hotel is very expensive because of its location. The breakfast area reminded me of a messhall and was very loud. The breakfast quality was not good. Rooms are very clean and bed is comfortable. Room service every 3rd day. It is 5 minutes from the airport with a car so that is convenient. I will stay in Hilton next time which is in the same price range but has better food.
We stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, WA, the night before our cruise and the night our cruise ended. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good with a variety offered. The morning we flew home we left very early before breakfast was available. The hotel provided a grab-n-go bag with a bottled water and a couple of items to eat. Apples were also available. Shar, the employee who checked us in, was very helpful with Seattle information, storing our bags until a room was available, and scheduling transport to and from the airport and the port. The hotel also had a "grocery" bar where we purchased soup and other items instead of going out to eat. I highly recommend this hotel.
We needed a room after a flight and this was a good value, and certainly location. We used their shuttle from the airport and back the next morning. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only issue was the lack of elevators, due to service issues, but they were more than willing to assist by carrying out bags, which we didn't utilize.
