I have been using Connie's Framing for over 20 years and during that time she has framed over 100 items for me. Her artistic expertise can't be beat. I have always received my items is a timely manner. When frames or mats that I have wanted aren't in her store stock, she goes above and beyond trying to find them from vendors all over the country. If the items are no longer being made, she ALWAYS has a suggestion that works. She is a consummate professional and I highly recommend her.

I totally trust Connie to frame personal items for my own home and gifts for friends and family. I have been a customer for many many years and have always been pleased with my purchases. She has a fantastic artistic eye and attention to detail. She also is a lovely person who cares greatly about her customers and her community. I highly recommend Connie's Framing.

Connie's has been my family's go-to for framing for years. She is kind, flexible, and incredibly good at her job. Her framing is always great quality for a reasonable price. Can't recommend it enough!

I had written a review before based on the horrible service I received when I was getting my degree framed, but deleted it at the company request when my wife brought in her degree under the promise that the issue that happened with me wouldn't happen to my wife. Well, they lied, the same thing happened. My degree was brought in for a framing. My wife wanted to surprise me, so she took it to Connie's Framing and requested a blue background with gold lace on a wood frame. After not hearing from the store for months, my wife told me about the surprise, but that the framing shop still hadn't finished the work. I called and was told the degree would be ready in a few weeks, due to the backorder of the specific material my wife picked out. We told the company that the specific color of the material was not unimportant, and that we just wanted the degree since it had been several months. The shop took another month or so to finish up my degree. Fast Forward to this year, my wife gets her degree and she drops it off, wanting to have the same framing theme done to her degree as mine has. The worker states that it's not a problem since there is plenty of left over material from my framing. Well -- It's been 3 months and we STILL don't have my wife's degree. We're hearing the same excuses "material on back order" when there was supposedly plenty of material left over. So my bad review of this place is back. The company again refuses to fulfill the expectation they set with out any communication to the customer. I will NEVER go to this place and will tell anyone who is willing to listen how terribly run this shop is and recommend literally any other framing store other than this. Businesses like this is why people stop using small businesses
