The young girl at the front counter was the absolute sweetest. I didn't catch her name unfortunately. Our room was okay for just needing a spot to sleep for the night while traveling through the state. We got the room with the couch bed. After opening the couch bed, we realized there were no extra sheets in the room to prepare the bed. So that meant my husband had to go back down to the lobby to get sheets, blankets and a pillow. Should really consider keeping a spare bed set in the rooms that offer a couch bed. One of the towels in the bathroom had a stain, unsure if tub was dirty or stained. And there was a very unpleasant smell in the hallway Leading up to our room. The room however did not smell thankfully. Breakfast was simple and filling. So food and staff 5/5 but the state of the room and lack of bedding brings my review to a 3/5
I’m a choice rewards member and not every comfort suites has suites. This suite was awesome! The double beds and extra personal room. It’s probably my favorite hotel to stay at because of that. Shelly at the front desk is great too. Easy to work with. ~ Somebody give her a raise!
My father kindly paid for this room as a gift & ensured that everything was in order. The front desk informed him that there were no issues since the room was registered under my name. However, this is the second time we have encountered a similar situation at this establishment. Unfortunately, I had to wake my father at 12:15 AM, disrupting his sleep, as the front desk required him to sign a document. Despite this inconvenience, they did not provide any assistance or guidance on completing the necessary paperwork. Furthermore, the document had to be resent multiple times due to unchecked items. Exasperated by the situation, I informed the staff member that I would personally cover any additional fees to expedite the process. It is regrettable that it took over 30 minutes for us to finally access our room. The first time I was here, we updated the information for myself and my father in the system. The second time, it still reflected the old information. We hope that this issue can be resolved in the future to ensure a smoother check-in process for others. I will NOT be using this facility. Additionally, the following morning, there was a knock at the door, but no information was provided as to who was knocking. It turned out to be the front desk staff checking to ensure that we were preparing to depart for checkout. This approach lacks professionalism and may raise safety concerns for female travelers who are alone.
Man, I got the huge rooms. So good I had to stay twice. The front desk attendant was pretty solid too. If all comfort Suites are this nice, I’ll be staying often. For $80 bucks, it was a steal! And they serve a real breakfast.
STAY AWAY from this hotel. They literally threw away my belongings in the trash. I booked my stay my July 22 thru the 25th. On the 25th when I went to my room, my belongings were not in the room, after letting front desk know, they started looking for them. After 2 hrs of searching, front desk admitted that they had thrown my things in trash. They didn't find all my clothes and then they kicked me out, told me I had to leave the property or they would press charges for criminal trespassing. THIS PLACE SUCKS, STAY AWAY FROM IT. It's the worst experience ever.
