I was very happy with my stay. The rooms are excellent for the price. I had to move rooms twice (AC/TV issues), but Yvette, the front desk manager, was all over it. She went above and beyond. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. Nice TV and a comfortable couch. This is one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in for comfort.
Absolutely not- The whole floor is carpet and the carpet was sticky, the bathroom wall, tub, and even shower head was stained yellow. Speaking of the bathroom, be sure to bring your own toiletries, because there isn’t even a mini bar of soap to wash your hands. The TV is purely for decoration, the wifi does not work in any part of the building, my keycard had to be reactivated FOUR TIMES during my stay, and the pool outside has moss in its water. “3-star hotel” is beyond generous. I’m also not the only one staying here. Came with about six other people in my group each with their own rooms, all the same complaints about cleanliness, the wifi, the tv, and their key cards.
The towels were stained with black and yellow patches. The shower was brown. The walls had been beaten. Decent location, but I probably will not stay here again.
My daughter travels for work and stayed at this hotel. I purchased an alarm door stop and door jam her recently thankfully because after she checked in around 6pm someone attempted to enter her room stating they were housekeeping and saying they left something in the room. She contacted the front desk and they were dismissive when she advised them of what had occurred and asked if the housekeeper got whatever they needed instead of being concerned for her safety. This will be the first and last time she stays at this hotel.
The front desk lady was very rude and she was literally yelling at me for complaining about the condition of the room. House keeping staff joined her and they were all swearing and yelling at me because I said the toilet was dirty. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Stay away from this place…
