We stayed one night and came in late. The front desk attendant was attentive, helpful and very kind. The room was clean, comfy, and stocked with necessities. All common areas were welcoming and nicely decorated. The included breakfast was the basic continental set in a clean well stocked and managed eating area. As for a safe environment, nothing seemed concerning or unsafe. Outdoor areas were lit up accurately.
Absolutely the best hotel I've stayed at. The outdoor pool was very clean and fun to swim in. The rooms were very clean, and the service was top notch. The trailer parking area was very large and easy to maneuver my truck and trailer around in
From the moment my husband and I entered the lobby, we were greeted by a cheerful clerk, whose demeanor set a positive tone for the stay. We were greeted with a smile and he was super helpful during check in. We were impressed with the accommodations. The linens were fresh and comfy, and the bed was just right. Having a couch in the room was a nice touch for chilling out and watching TV. The bathroom was stocked with more towels than you'd usually find in a hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was your standard continental affair, but it was all laid out nicely and clean as a whistle. My only suggestion for improvement would be to switch up the TV's location – it'd be cool if it was by the couch instead of the bed. But honestly, apart from that detail, everything else was spot on. Overall, we had a great time here and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy stay with friendly vibes. Plus, it's in a safe location with quick access to the highway, making it super convenient for travelers.
The room was clean, all of the staff were friendly, and the hotel was well kept. The continental breakfast ran out of eggs at the end one day as a hungry kids scooped out a bunch, but it was also pretty steadily restocked. This will be our go-to hotel when we stay in Marshall, very well run!
I've stayed here twice and both times were exceptional. Very clean and comfortable as well as quite. Close to interstate for north Texas and Louisiana travel.
