This is NOT a fancy hotel. But it’s convenient, clean, safe, and great for simple overnight layovers if you’re an air traveler. A bit rough around the edges and dated decor. Some rooms are more up to date than others, but I wouldn’t count most as romantic getaway quality. But it’s hard to beat the shuttle ride and every room I’ve had has been quiet with decent environmental controls (AC units have the constant fan option, which I like for white noise as I’m a light sleeper). Free Breakfast is typical cheap American hotel fare— adequate if you’re not picky. They upgraded me to a suite on this stay. Same quality, just bigger, weirdly empty rooms. They have some kind of new arrangement for door delivery of foods from a variety of restaurants, but I didn’t try it. Anyway, if you want to pay less but still stay somewhere comfy and clean, good place to go.

Great location for south Seattle and airport. Customer service at the desk by Best was great and helpful. The complimentary breakfast ran out of many items prior to 9. Tables were not bused and not sufficient seating for the number of guests. Requested towels and did not receive them had to go to desk. 3 nights is too many to not have fresh towels and trash removed with multiple adults in a room.

Rooms, service, and the hotel were as expected for a Comfort Inn near the airport. We were given a parking pass at check-in, and directed to park in the lot or garage. We parked up the hill in a spot marked as being for "hotel" guests, but not necessarily only Comfort Inn guests. Didn't think much of it as the lot was clearly shared with the hotel behind. That was until we were awoken at midnight to move our vehicle because we'd parked in the wrong area. They had us swap our car with a guest from the other hotel, parked 5 spots away. FIVE SPOTS. The other guest being told move looked equally irate. We did not fall back asleep before getting up at 3 am for our early flight. It felt like a very unnecessary intrusion that could be better handled earlier in the evening, or in the morning. While it didn't disturb us, we did notice upon our early departure that several hotel employees were enjoying a break outside, just below occupied rooms, and talking/arguing quite loudly.

Clean, good sized hotel rooms. It is a bit outdated, but had all the usual appliances and amenities which all worked well. The only downside was checking in. It took over 5 minutes for them to open the door to let us in. For an airport hotel, they should expect people trying to check in after midnight and have someone watching the door or have a working buzzer. Parking was also difficult and the parking lot is small. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfy. Overall, a very clean and standard hotel if you just need a place to sleep.

Like us, I'm sure you don't book an airport hotel with a shuttle expecting that you're the last pick-up island and, rather than picking people up in the order they called, they will keep sending every shuttle to each stop and telling you the shuttle is full before it gets to you. I will never book at this hotel again. We waited almost an hour for a shuttle before we walked to an earlier stop and got on, despite there not being enough seats. I intentionally booked an airport hotel with a shuttle because I was coming in late with my son. We could have taken an Uber in less time. Just avoid. The shared driver between Country Inn & Best Western was awesome though! He needs a raise
