Save your money. I have given this place 3 chances because of the beautiful location and convenience. I spent over 2000 dollars in 2 months staying here and there isn't even anything I could eat for breakfast 😔 ( I am celiac and lactose) the swimming pool and hot tub was closed. And they absolutely do not enforce other guests to be considerate of others. Almost every day I was woken up to running and screaming to which the front desk didn't care. You could hear the noises from the front desk and he just sat there. I pay for rest. I get none here. Please save your money the rooms are dirty the TV didn't even work and the curtains were shredded from an animal I'm assuming. Very disappointed
Is is small hotel, good for stop after long drive, but the rooms are small, the pool was not clean so the kids was not able to swim. They have a good breakfast. The staff are friendly
I scored my stay a 1-star because I specifically wanted a hotel that offered a working hot tub. I made my reservations the same day I planned on staying. I called the hotel and spoke with a representative and made sure to ask if the hot tub was in commission. When I arrived approximately 3 hours later, I was informed that the hut tub was closed due to maintenance. It was very frustrating to me because that was the most important aspect/amenity that I was looking forward to, and the whole reason I booked my reservation with this establishment.
There is no GYM. It was taken out about 5 years ago. Very disappointing. Beds are very comfortable and everything seemed pretty clean, but on our last night we did find a roach on the wall. Pretty gross. There was dog barking throughout our stay due to being per friendly. Just FYI.
Horrible stay. We got charged twice for a drink (worker seemed stoned) TV wasn’t working properly, WiFi wasn’t working at all, and fridge wasn’t working. Large holes all over the “blackout” curtains. But at least there was a nasty brown mystery smear on the bathroom light switch. Never ever staying there again.
