Absolutely horrible service. I was forced to pay a cancellation fee when Comcast does not provide service at my new address. The customer service rep at the store was great and tried hard to help me and reached out to her higher ups that were very unhelpful. Would never get Comcast service again.
Although Comcast’s general call center needs much improvement, the actual workers at this location have been marvelous. I stopped in and requested a newer modem because our internet, cable, and phone were not working properly. The lady and man working at the actual store on July 27 we so friendly and helpful. Ultimately, a technician had to come to my home the next day. His name was Matt (technician 1148), and he was exceptional. All of my questions were answered, our service was restored, and he valued my time and my business. He was not in a hurry and he listened to every concern and question that I had. Thank you!
Super fast and friendly service, no lines - even with the necessary social distancing due to covid. I was only there to switch out a tv box, but a similar process took 30+ minutes in the White Marsh location a couple of weeks ago.
Admittedly, I don't expect to find quality customer service at a Comcast store, but I am consistently impressed by this store. I have been a customer in the area for 2 years. Debbie was wonderful today! A couple years back a great woman helped me there too (I'm sorry I don't remember her name). Don't waste your time calling Comcast customer service. Go to this store and have your account updated correctly the first time ?
