I now know where the phrase 'kid in a candy store' came from. I entered Cole's Chocolate and Popcorn, simply because of the amazing aroma of popcorn and sweets that wafted outside the store. The more aisles I explored, the more I started grinning like a school girl! Handmade treats, nostalgic candies, unique sodas, and of course - tons of flavors of house-made popcorn fill the store. Cole's Chocolate and Popcorn specializes in unique gifts too. The very friendly staff put together a few gift baskets for me right there on the spot. I was surprised, as I expected to have to place an order for later pick up, but the staff let me know that they can accommodate small orders right there on the spot. Of course, if you need more than 3 gift baskets, they would appreciate the courtesy of an advance order. In addition to the preselected gift basket options, I was allowed the opportunity to search the store for additional items to customize the gift basket. Finished with cellophane wrap and ribbon, they turned out so darn cute! I am back at home enjoying a trio of Cole's most popular popcorn flavors: Spicy Buffalo & Ranch, Extra Buttery, and Salted Caramel. There is no doubt why these flavors are popular - they are so good! I noticed a sweet sticker under the canister lid that says there is a discount if we come back with our refillable lid. It's a good thing they let me know, as I will definitely be back!

Was super excited to try this place for their popcorn. Had been planning this trip for a while now and finally had some extra time after work before they closed. Sadly, I didn’t even purchase anything because upon entering and being the only customer in the store, the 3 women behind the counter stopped all conversation, stared at me, and didn’t say a word. No greeting, no how can I help you, nothing. Just stared rudely in silence, even after I went up to the counter to look at the flavors of popcorn. Unfortunately, I will not be giving this business a dime of my money. I walked out after about two minutes. I highly value customer service and this experience was extremely poor. Please do better to make ALL customers feel welcome, not just ones that look like you.

We bought some treats and when we got to our next stop, my daughter left her chocolate in the car and came out to it melted. She was so upset. We went back, and they replaced it for her. Amazing customer service. Yummy treats too.

Of course they have an Alladins cave sized selection of popcorn, candy with bugs in it (tasty) big selection of sodas and root beers but for me the kicker is their truffles and chocolates. Absolutely outstanding. Try the dark cherry truffle or the key lime white chocolate... absolutely flawless operation. Servers were delightful, giving tasters and recommendations. Rush here soon as you can!
