BEWARE! They are going to abuse your car, I had just done all the work done on my car, new tires, alignment, rotors, it was driving like a dream for two weeks. I picked it up and it started making this terrible clicking noise from the back tire and then my tire maintenance light turned on two miles later. The boy who signed my car in smell fresh off a blunt, it probably what they do on their breaks. I have to travel tomorrow by car and it's probably too late to get a rental in this area. Crooks. They don't know my line of business and I will work for free to prove how little they respect our property. Idiots just thought my front and rear facing camera were off, just appeared that way because I smelled the pot.
Buyer beware! The punchline….just take an Uber and at least you are giving your money to a hard working driver instead of these crooks. This is the second time parking there and both times they charged me a late fee of $24. Here’s the scam…On your reservation let’s say you put a return time of 4pm but your flight is delayed and arrived at 7pm, you are charged a $24 hr late fee even though it’s not going into another day. Now let’s say you catch an earlier flight and you arrive 3 hr earlier, you are charged….you guessed it a $24 early fee. Basically you are charged if you are outside of a plus or min a 2 hr window. This is the exact quote from the manager. No thank you. Never again..
Making the reservation was easy and although the system didn't recognize my license on the way (so I had to scan the qr code) but it did on the way out. HOWEVER, why isn't there any clear signage on the wall or floor directing you to the elevators that then lead to the walkway that takes you to the bus stop? It's a ridiculous oversight. Fortunately, I encountered a CLT employee who told me where it was. Otherwise, I might have had to walk around most of the perimeter of my floor to get to the walkway.
This is a great place to park. You can prepay and shuttles run regularly. It is my go to when I travel from CLT.
This saved me time until it was time to go, be sure to save the location of your car. It took us 30 minutes to find the car. I got my steps in after vacation (brightside)
