I used doordash service I was very disappointed with the fact that deliver food was not properly secured. My drink had open lid no seal over the mouth to protect me from the delivery person. Food bag wasn't stapled or taped closed. Food completely exposed!!! You have a responsibility to cover the food properly, treat unseen customers as you would want to be treated! The only thing I was safe to enjoy was the hummus it really was delicious. The oyster mushroom sandwich was dry and lack flavor maybe extra tomatoes would have made the sandwich a success story. I'm jus a vegan trucker who doesn't get to the area often so my review don't quite matter, I like expressing myself tho😁

I recently visited Clover to pick up my favs for lunch from the time you walk in your greeted by friendly customer service. Today I was thoroughly impressed by how well the staff handled a volatile customer situation. The entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and teamwork, ensuring the safety and comfort of all patrons while resolving the issue swiftly and effectively. From the moment the situation began to escalate, it was clear that the staff had been well-trained to handle such incidents. They communicated seamlessly with one another, each taking on specific roles to de-escalate the situation and provide support. One staff member calmly engaged with the upset customer, while others discreetly ensured that other patrons were not affected and continued to receive excellent service. Their ability to remain composed under pressure was remarkable. Not only did they manage to resolve the situation peacefully, but they also did so with a level of courtesy and respect that spoke volumes about their dedication to customer service. It was evident that they prioritized the well-being of everyone involved, and their quick thinking and coordination were truly commendable. Clover should be proud to have such a capable and cohesive team. This experience has only reinforced my confidence in their commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all customers. Kudos to the Clover staff for their outstanding performance in a challenging scenario!

Loved it! I chose to eat here because it just looked good and was surprised to learn that it was meat-free. I had the Verde rice bowl and my wife had the carrot sandwich and they were both soooo good. And because it wasn't greasy and filled with meat I didn't go into a food coma after which was nice. If I lived in Boston I would be a regular there.

The food at the clover food lab was extremely rich in flavor! We really enjoyed all of the vegan options as well as the fun drinks. The sharan was a delicious indochinese cauliflower sandwich. The rosemary fries and tostones with chipotle aioli were extremely tasty!
