The gentleman working there is extremely friendly and helpful. I am always needing calibers pods that seem to be hard to find, and he's always got them in stock. He gives feedback on the juice flavors as well, making it easier to make the difficult decision on what flavor to spend money on.

I have so many mixed feelings about this place, but I really feel like Rick the guy the only guy that's over there and is working all the time -by himself is trying his hardest to Satisfy the customet &address their needs.I have had some issues with them, for example they didn't know what was wrong with my vape &I surely didn't. Felt like they were just throwing out a quick fix to pacify instead of Satisfy. however the issues always seemed to become resolved. Even an issue I had when a certain someone worked there and basically dismantled my whole entire setup I had(all I needed was some O rings,, coil&maybe smaller tank) 'they (Rick) traded me out for a better used one to resolve the issue. . I also bought a brand new Vape and my mother had it for maybe two days before it stopped working. He did everything he needed to to send it back to the manufacturer or wherever it was. It did take some time but I got my money back for it. The only thing I have to say about this place is he needs some help they need some assistance and they need some people that have knowledge about vaping. Someone needs to train them and give them the information that they need to make customers happy or they may just stop going there. Because I know there for a while I wouldn't even go unless Rick was there... I know that he is so worn out and overwhelmed. Well I mean I guess he is anyway I mean I would be. They need some knowledgeable employees, and if they made their customers happy and satisfied then they may have the means to hire more knowledgeable people and even teach them even more. It's an amazing place bc it's an amazing person that works there. Bless his heart lol I hope it's Rick not Rich lol ty buddy. So I give it 3 stars for him&1bc he is doing every thing &overwhelmed
